I think most people called my Grandfather Willie. My Grandmother, Mary Ellen Taylor Carr usually called him "Carr". He was born in Georgia, and had two sisters Ralphie and Emmie. He was a short fellow - a constant joker, and high spirited. It was an odd match with my tall elegant Grandmother. He worked in the oil fields of Oklahoma and Texas for most of his life.Sunday, November 22, 2009
